This is my 3rd time here. This time we had a double size bed on the back which is a lot quieter than a front unit. Bathroom and shower in the unit were great. There is not much room around the bed but was fine for our short stay. Benny is always so hospitable. Location to tube and ability to get into all the attractions or head back to the airport is so convenient. I would definitely stay again when possible.

I stayed at Benny's for one night while visiting family in the area. I knew the price was reasonable, so didn't expect luxury, but was a little surprised on first sight how basic it appeared. However, once I settled into my single room, I could see everything I needed. A comfortable bed, bathroom with small bath/shower, a small kitchenette area, kettle with tea and coffee (but no milk cartons), chest of drawers, but nowhere to hang clothes, a small TV on the wall, and a fan which was very welcome on a warm night. The location is very convenient for the Piccadilly Line (central London or Heathrow less than 30 minutes away), and in a reasonable area. My room was at the back and I had a great night sleep. Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Main downsides were the ill-fitting curtain on the window, doesn't quite reach the sides, and a rug or something on the floor, as the bare floor looks a bit stark. Overall, for a traveller on a budget, you probably won't do much better.

We stayed at Benny's over the Easter bank holiday weekend and had a great time. Benny is friendly and always happy to help and so are the others whom work alongside him at the B&B. It's in the perfect location with many amenities near by. I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends and family -- thank you Benny!

I've stayed at Benny's B&B on many occasions, so has my family. The owner, Benny, has always been fantastically accommodating and has always welcomed my family with open arms. When I studied in London I lived there for roughly 1 week before I could finally move into my student flat, and on that day Benny himself helped me get there. This B&B has always been my family's first choice whenever they came over from Sweden to visit. 5 out of 5!

I and my daughter enjoyed our stay with Benny. The room provides everything we need. We slept well all through the two nights. The area was safe to walk even late at night. It was just only 3 minutes walk from the South Ealing station.

The room was small but with everything you might need (fridge, oven, television, wifi, material to make tea, small collapsible table) and clean. And the staff was very very nice! Pretty close to a subway station and a grocery store which was really convenient. I really was happy to have booked there.

We went with our children and it was our first time in London, good experience, Benny and his staff are nice and available to help! It was a great experience! We didn't have breakfast so we had a room with a little kitchen to cook, and if we needed something we just had to ask! The last day benny proposed to drive us to oxford to see the university and this small and beautiful town!!! I really advice you this bed and breakfats! And we will come back!

Basic clean rooms, great for working locally. Friendly and helpful staff, family run, good level of security, on the road paid parking and great rates! Local tube station at South Ealing and Ealing Broadway. Local Park, film studio and road transport links. This is not a luxury bed and breakfast but it is perfectly functional and I feel happy and safe here. Local pubs within walking distance of a trendy area.

Lovely, cosy and comfortable b&b very conveniently placed between Heathrow airport and central London with great connections via Piccadilly line which is a 3 min walk away. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful in every way. Made us feel at home. The breakfast and restaurant next door also offers lovely food. Thank you very much Bennys B and B!

I have been staying at Benny's every year since 2009, often twice or three times per annum. As my title suggests I have stayed as a solo guest, with family or friends and all who have stayed with me will stay there again. The advantages of staying here; The 65 bus to Ealing Broadway stops literally outside the front door, South Ealing Station (Picadilly Line) is a 5 minute walk away, VERY good value for London with access to central London in 30 minutes, Benny is so helpful with directions and advice to any guest. I have read some of the negative reviews about the guesthouse and can only say that any complaints I have would be very minor, in any case ask Benny or Sindhu and they will attend to them. Thank you Ben, Sindhu and Andrew, looking forward to seeing you this year.

Everytime I visit London, this is the place I stay, full stop. That should tell you how much I love Benny's! For me, it's the total balance that takes me here - room cleanliness, location and transport access, budget, friendly host, etc... all of these are balanced out just about right for me at Benny's. The two single rooms (one of which I always get) have a TV, closet, kitchen sink, cups and cutlery, fridge, microwave, a short wardrobe and, most importantly for me, a bath tub - great to have a good hot bath after a long walk around town. The host is extremely friendly and will always welcome you to have a chat over with a nice cup of tea/coffee, or if you have any trouble with your room, just tell him and he'll fix it, mend it, swap it, clean it, do everything to help make your stay a pleasant one. Stayed here three times - more than a week each time - and the service never failed It will definitely be Benny's again next time I visit London.

I stayed at Benny's the first time in July 2013 and again in June 2016 and I can gladly confirm that it's a clean and comfortable b&b, just one minute away from the underground and in a safe and quiet area. Mr Benny always welcomed us warmly and was very helpful in any circumstance. Benny's b&b has become my home in London!

An excellent option for people looking for an affordable, friendly and convenient place in London. Its very close to South Ealing Tube station and a short 10 minute walk to Ealing Broadway. The rooms are clean and comfortable and all you can expect for a comfortable stay. The owner, Benny and staff are the best...it's like a home away from home. Have stayed here a few times and would thoroughly recommend this to anyone.

I've stayed here twice now and both times I have been impressed with well appointed rooms, the convenience to the South Ealing underground stop and Benny's easygoing charm. The only downside I can find: If you are mobility challenged this is probably not for you. On both stays I have been on what in the states would be the third floor, and the stairs are not easy. But once you enter the rooms, you discover that they have been entirely renovated, with en suite bathrooms (at the least the two rooms I experienced were thus).

We stayed 3 nights in the studio room ( a family of 5) We wanted cheap accommodation as we were planning a lot of expensive excursions during our visit. Our room was £80 a night (room only) so extremely cheap for London. The location is perfect 2 mins from South Ealing tube station on the Piccadilly line aprox 20 mins into central London. We parked over the road with Just Park for around £8 a day so it was really cheap. The family who run Bennys were lovely very friendly and welcoming. The room had a kitchen area, very small bathroom (3/4 bath with shower over), 2 single beds and a double with a Single bunk above. The room was very basic and simply furnished and was near a busy road, but we were literally only there to sleep. The only negatives were that the place was a but dusty land could do with a spruce up, curtains didn't fit well, tv didn't work very well etc but it served the purpose and saved us a fortune which meant we could do what we wanted in the daytime. I would go again

Benny's is located an easy underground ride from Heathrow and offers clean, thoughtfully appointed rooms. We were surprised that there was effectively a kitchenette in our double room. The breakfast was good and meeting Benny and listening to his story was great. These are not deLuxe accommodations, but for the price, you won't get any better.

Went to stay on the first weekend of Sept 2015, on the Sat night. Travelled down from Birmingham, and got off at S Ealing station which was only minutes' walk away. (I was running in the Richmond half marathon at Richmond park, at the festival.) Wanted somewhere reasonable yet comfortable and not too far away. Mr Benny stayed up till 11pm when my train got in (reception normally shut at 10), to let me in. This wasn't requested. I was asked when I would get in, and told someone would be up late for me. He made sure I knew where all the bits in the room was, made sure I had the wi fi username and password, and checked if I wanted breakfast early (I was leaving before breakfast started) as he could get that arranged as well. All without prompting. The room was very clean, there were clean towels, toiletries, ample hot water for a shower even at almost midnight. The fridge was pre cooled, clean cutlery in the drawers, and a microwave in the kitchenette in the landing. Mr B was there to see me out the next morning (he didn't have to) and made sure I knew which bus to take to get me to Richmond Park. All beyond the call of duty. If I run this year, will definitely stay again!

It is excellent because is very close to the center of london, very close to the heathrow airport, very good conditions, reasonable, in a good position and they have an excellent service with breackfast and free wireless.

Family room was bright and fresh, good size, clean, crisp white laundry. Nice big breakfast to keep you going for the day exploring London. There was a microwave, toaster and kettle in the room with crockery and cutlery. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our car there for the weekend free of charge.

If a room could be a rainbow, we found the pot of gold. We didn't believe in angels until we met Benny! The place was exactly what we needed, we will be back! Best price I could find in what was a very busy weekend in London too. Welcoming staff, great service, nice breakfast in the morning.

I was looking for somewhere relatively close to Heathrow as I had an early flight. I was coming from Birmingham so it was convenient that Benny's was a 2-minute walk from the tube (South Ealing). I did not arrive until about 10pm and he let me in, was very nice and helpful. Wi-fi worked fine. The place is a bit small and can be noisy (at one point I thought the neighbor was trying to get into my room but I think it was just his door was so close). I did not partake in breakfast or even use the shower, I literally just needed a bed to crash on and this suited just fine. Was very thankful there was a fan in the room (I was sweating). There is also a tiny kitchenette with a mini-fridge, fold-out table, and dishes - and he said there's a microwave in the hall. I'm sure this would be handy for longer stays as well. The area seemed fine, I was expecting it to be shady so late at night but it seemed just fine.

The hotel is located 30mins on train from center of London. And is very close from an underground station. There are some store and cafe around there. Staff worked there was really nice and friendly, I really loved. Once I told a staff about my marriage, he gave me really big gift to me when checking out.

In terms of location this place is located 2 minutes from the tube, but in terms of hospitality this place is second to none. My wife is pregnant so we asked for 3 extra pillows - no problem, no questions asked, we just got whatever we needed, the rooms are clean, the WifFi works like a charm (UNLIKE so many other places!), the beds are comfortable. Honestly, you can't ask for more!

Room very clean. Near Sout Ealing Picadilly: perfect for visiting London. Bathroom small. Easy to reach by car. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the rurroundings. Very friendly and flexible staff. Very quiet rooms if not on the street - as we slept on the back of the b & b we cannot tell something about the quietness of the rooms on the side of the street.

This B & B was recommended by a friend a few weeks ago. I also checked it at Tripadvisor. I am glad that I have stayed at this lovely B & B. Saved a lot of money and got everything I needed. Close to the tube & bus stop, close to a Sainsbury supermarket, If you're coming from or going to Heathrow - use the tube, it's just a few stations and then a short walk. Room was nice, clean and quiet. Nice breakfast, Wi-Fi is fine and free. My next visits to London - this will be the place to stay

Stayed at Bennys b&b for about 18 months now Monday to Friday for work. One of the nicest guys you'll meet...great host and in a good location. Would recommend to anyone. There's all the local amenities at a stones throw and a 2 minutes walk to the local tube station where you have access to all of London. If your in the area and need a place to stay at short notice Benny will do all he can to help you out. Try for yourself, I'm sure you'll never regret it.

Benny and the staff were wonderful to me! Made sure I always had everything I needed and always took care of any issues right away. The accommodation was good and I really loved the location. Close to the tube and a grocery shop.

If you're looking for a good B&B close to everywhere and low budget, this should be your choice Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. You can take the Picadilly tube line and in about half an hour you are in the center of London (Kings Cross Station), or take the same line to the other side to Heathrow airport. And the price of the hotel - realy low. The next time I'm in London, this would be my place to stay.

This was my second stay with Benny's B & B and it's been great again. Great value for money and only a very short walk away from the Picadilly Line. Benny as well as his staff are very friendly, forthcoming and helpful. Anytime again!!

The hotel is very inviting, and Ben the manager with his assistant Sindu make you feel welcome & comfortable. A sainsburry's local supermarket is a 2 minute walk, The Picadilly Tube line station is a 3 minute walk and the bus station is less than a minute walk from the hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. In fact, you live close to London city center, but the price is as if you are staying quite far away.

My 3rd time staying in this B&B. I am lucky enough, I paid for a single room but was given a room that can fit up to 4 person. Everything is fine except for the breakfast. The bed is too soft. It is close to Heathrow and not very far from city (about 30 minutes). The booking page is under construction, but I manage to book by email.

Staying at a small b&b is always daunting, you never know what to aspect, but Benny's has been a small revelation. Meeting Benny has been great experience, he is kind, understanding and put himself out of the way to please you. I have spent a couple of weekends here now and this b & b hasn't disappointed, the rooms are clean, well maintained and reasonably equipped. The location of Benny's is only a two minute walk from the South Ealing tube station, on Benny's doorstep are many restaurants, cafés and bars, there's even a dentist nearby, which is even open on Sundays. Benny's offers different rooms, single person room or even a five bed family room to accommodate everyone's needs, all rooms include wifi free of charge which is lighting fast! I will be back here in the future, listening to Benny's stories has been a highlight of my stay!

Pro: Mr. Benny is very hospitable, room clean, no carpet in the room, wifi very fast, near to underground station (Piccadilly line zone 3), fridge in the room. Con: Small bathroom, far from Stanted's Airport.

Great location, right next to South Ealing underground station which is on Piccadilly line (the fast one) and you can be in centre of London in 15-20 minutes. It is also about 15 minutes walk distance from Ealing Broadway which is great for shopping. Across the street there is a Sainsbury's store opened till midnight in case you need anything. The room we stayed in was small but clean and tidy. Equipped by TV, fridge, kettle and covered by free and fast wifi. The breakfast was rich for that price. If you however wanted something special there are so many places to have breakfast on Ealing Road.

Thank you very much for having us. My boyfriend and me have stayed for 3 nights and we where entirely satisfied. The room was clean and basic furnished but for the price absolutely okay. Benny and his staff are very nice and accomodating hosts. The housing is very well located. Bus stop in front of the building, underground Station 3 minutes to walk. See you next time.

I have stayed in several B and B in London and Benny's is the best one out of all!! Great location, 3 minute walk to South Ealing station, the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. For the price, you simply can not find anything better!!!!

Stayed with Benny's for 5 nights in Mar 2013. We 4 girls stayed in family room, no complains on the room size for what we had paid for. Benny is a wonderful hospitalizing host, always give advises on where to go, how to and even share us with his homeland food. The only downside is that no daily room cleaning available but just on request basis.

A very nice b&b! Benni and his staff is very loveli! The rooms aren't so larges but seems new and very light! The breakfast is very good with lots of choices!!! If you have some problems or need, they will be avaiable!

I had a very pleasant stay at Benny's B and B. First I was in a single bed room and after in a large one. The cleanliness is around average, could be better, but the rooms were otherwise well equipped with free to use fridge, coffee & tea powder and kettle, spoon, fork, knife, mugs in the room and towels and shower gel in the bathroom. There was a free to use public room in the corridor equipped with microvawe oven and iron.

We recently stayed at Benny's for a week. The location is great, handy to the tube and several eating places & pubs close by. Also handy to Heathrow. Room not bad, bathroom small. We were so tired every night from touring, we slept well. The only real complaint was staff did not enter the room at all during the week we were there. Our garbage piled up. Towels were replaced when requested. The whole interior needs a new paint job, but overall we were happy with it.

My family and I have spent three nights in Benny´s this september. As far as bedrooms are concerned, don´t except a high level luxury place but more than enough to sleep and rest. Very basic but clean and comfortable. A possible improvement would be a bigger size for the sink but not a serous inconvenience anyway. Why I would advise you to stay at Benny´s: Perfect location (a very short walk away from the underground) + the very gentle Benny and all his staff always willing to help in anything you could need. Breakfast are always a nice time to get in touch with other guests as well as to share a few minutes talking to Benny. To be recommended to anyone willing to visit London at a very fair value. Would go back there at any time.

We stayed here with my 12 year old daughter for her birthday weekend. My partner booked this place and yes I have to admit it was a bit daunting when we first arrived,however, I have to say it served us well. We stayed 2 nights and slept well both nights. The room was adequate for what we needed - it's not 5 star and we knew that. Very welcoming staff, yes we had to carry our bags up the flight of stairs but so what? We didn't eat there but that was our choice. This place is literally minutes away from the tube station. A budget hotel that provided us with a bed and a shower - we don't go away to stay in a hotel room all day. Would I stay there again? Most definately. Thanks Benny and staff

What does anyone look for in a B&B: PRICE? its the most affordable value in London. You get more than what you pay for. LOCATION? right on the Piccadilly line, so close to Heathrow and direct into the city centre without changing lines. theres a bus stop by the front door which heads a few stops to Ealing, or Kew. CLEANLINESS? the whole building, specifically the rooms, are kept immaculate by the cheeky and lovely Sindhu, who also cooks great eggs for brekkie. AMENITIES? every room (trust me, i've stayed in a few) has a tv, a fridge, a kettle with tea/coffee and biscuits, towels and shower gel. Most have free wifi, as does the reception / breakfast room. CHARACTER? I can't say enough about Benny. He is seriously the most friendly, funny, warm and welcoming character i have met in a long time. I travel Europe all year round for work, and as much as I love that, I love coming to catch up with Benny just as much. People with a heart as big as Bennys, (which will be a noticeable part of your visit here), are just too few and far between these days. He works 24/7 and has all the knowledge that any guest would require about the local area and London as a whole. Ive been coming to Bennys on and off for 2 years now, for business, pleasure, with friends and family. I figured its time i share this little gem that i have kept secret from the world!!

We spent 7 nights at Benny's and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay. It's not palatial or upscale, but it's very good value if you're travelling on a budget! Our futon mattress had seen better days, but we still managed to get a good night's sleep. Our triple (which was actually a quad with fridge and closet) faced South Ealing road, but with the fan on all night, and the windows closed, we were not bothered by any noise. Our room was clean (though a lick of paint would get rid of a lot of scuff marks on the walls). We were a little surprised not to have our room serviced at all during the week, but as we are not slobs, it didn't really pose a problem. When we ran out of toilet tissue, we simply asked for more. Benny and his #1 helper, Sindu are both lovely and make you feel very welcome. At breakfast, help yourself to croissants and fruit and juice, and then one of them will serve you tea or coffee and take your order for eggs on toast, toast or a ham and cheese Toasty. Benny recommended two restaurants that are close by; an India/Nepalese restaurant, whose name I can't remember, but where we had a very tasty dinner, and the local pub, the Rose and Crown, where we had a number of good meals. The BB location is wonderful, very close to the Tube station, a couple of grocery shops, restaurants and a block from a laundromat (beware - the dryer we used was very hot, drying a big load, including jeans in 30 minutes. I'd suggest asking the owner is there is a medium setting - or be careful what you put in!).

Stayed here for three nights with my son. The service and hospitality here is impeccable. If men in bow ties, silk sheets and 6 course meals the price of a small yacht are your thing..then stop reading now. This place is all about feeling at home and receiving the same warmth and kindness you would from your granny at Sunday roast. Getting the technicalities out of the way..: The area is Ealing and not pretty but plenty of nature nearby. Parking is not great and is in the side street. It's no parking 09-10.00. It worked for us. Our room was a studio flat so it was self contained. Everything worked and was clean. The bathroom is small but has all you need. The power from the shower was superb! The wifi worked perfectly. My mattress was extremely comfortable. The duvet was very cosy and the pillows were comfy too. The breakfast buffet has a great selection and dear Benny would cook your order. He makes the best tea ever! You are made to feel welcome the moment you walk into reception and it's real..non of this pretentious stuff. I think the only negative is the floors and walls don't keep any noise out but that was only footsteps and some chatter. One morning we didn't have time to eat breakfast so I asked to grab some croissants and go..but not only could we do that, Benny in ten mins flat knocked up two delicious toasties and tea to go before I could say "no that's ok you can't do that!" You leave here hoping there will be a reason for you to come back! Thank you Benny and co for all your kindnesses and being a truly top class host 🙂

There are many reasons why you should stop at Benny's: 1.The B and B is 3 minutes' walk from South Ealing tube station and there are 2 bus stops on the pavement.It is in a nice and quiet area. 2.The triple room we stayed at is clean and functional : with tv,ironboard,iron,kettle with tea and coffee,plates and forks.there is a large built in cupboard to hang your clothes. 3.There is a Sainsbury Local 1 minute'walk. 4.there is a very good pub just across the street and other restaurants. 5.Last but not least, BENNY is fantastic.He is always helpful, makes yourself comfortable and makes yourself at home.If anything,just ask him. If you want to microwave food or cook in Benny's kitchen ,Benny will welcome you. Sindu works with Benny and she is a charming young lady. So don't hesitate! Don't waste your money on expensive hotels in zone 1.Take a 1 week travelcard zone 3 and go to BENNYS! Benny has become a friend and I'm looking forward to seeing him again. last tip:if you come from Europe, choose the Eurostar it will save you precious time.

This B&B is like walking into an old mates home. Benny and Sindu are welcoming and very accommodating and just can't do enough to please. Always there for a smile and laugh. I'm uruguayan, and i've hired a double room on june of 2014 and stayed there for 3 dys with my son. After that experience we strongly recomend Bennys bed and breakfast. not only because it's very comfotable but its owner is a very kind person he helped us a lot! Before we went to Benny's bnb we have had a very bad experience in a hostel in northfields, but everything changed last 3 days. In the room has private bath,with shower and also you can have inmersion bath! There is also , tv, fan , electric kettle(universal plug adaptor included),small integrated kitchen with fridge(coffe,tea,sugar,milk), cupboard, and everything is absolutely clean! Besides you have free wifi, and very good breakfast. And last but not least the underground station (south ealy) is no more than 60 mts!! the centre of London is aproximately 30 minutes by underground. If I would return to London I 'd stay there again

Mr. Benny is a really nice person who can provide us a traditional English breakfast. All made by him! Mr benny and his wife were really lovely and generous persons. We booked a triple bed room and surprisingly, each of our friends get a double bed! Will definitely recommend to all of my friends.

Often in this day and age, the concept of generosity and kindness is something alien. Everyone seems out to get you, and naturally you are suspicious of people and their possible hidden agendas. Then you meet someone like Benny, and WOW. I have been literally bowled over by the guy. Myself and my friends (8 of us in total) recently stayed at his establishment for a hen do and it was more than we'd hoped for. I don't think Benny could have been more accommodating if he tried. The B&B itself is clean and roomy, what more would you want from one? My own room was on the top floor with views of London. Lovely! The location is fab too, really close to South Ealing tube station (and such a pretty station too). But it's Benny and his down to earth and REAL approach that makes this B&B stand out from all the rest. If I ever want to stay in London again I would not hesitate to book this B&B. I cannot recommend it/Benny enough. He is an absolute gem in such a cold hard city, and he has restored my faith in human beings. What a wonderful man, a true gentleman, who made our weekend all the more special. Thank you Benny!!!!!! From all 8 of us in Essex xxx
